PEDAGOGICAL PROPOSAL

BILINGUAL EDUCATION, MULTICULTURAL APPROACH, INTERNATIONAL SYLLABUS

Being a bilingual school which has an international syllabus in English referenced by Cambridge University, Aubrick has a multicultural approach and counts on skillful teachers who are granted with continuous learning in order to enhance each and every student’s social-emotional and academic skills. Aubrick offers a broad syllabus with consistent and thought-provoking contents and tasks from Nursery to Secondary Education. On top of that, students have advanced technological support which is essential nowadays.

In the classroom, we promote the appreciation of diversity of people and ideas in an empathic and harmonious environment. Our team is united and works closely with the students offering the support and resources necessary for them to acquire fundamental knowledge to help them in their choices now and in the future, in Brazil or anywhere else in the world. We also strengthen the Brazilian identity because we believe that people who have self-knowledge, self-esteem and autonomy live better in a respectful and cooperative environment.

AUBRICK WAS THE FIRST BRAZILIAN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN SÃO PAULO TO BE ACCREDITED WITH CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL CERTIFICATION TO PRIMARY AND LOWER SECONDARY EDUCATION. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

In 2015, after going through a strict accreditation process, our English syllabus was approved and we became an International Cambridge School. Thus, we became part of a group of schools in 130 countries which belong to a Learning English as a Second Language Global Community.

We not only teach English, but we also reason in the language by offering an international syllabus that prepares students to fully interact with other cultures.

Being a Cambridge school opens up a world of opportunities.

BILINGUAL FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

We have chosen to be a bilingual school from the very beginning because we believe that people who speak more than one language are more open towards different cultures and ways of thinking, therefore, they are better able to develop critical thinking and become more flexible towards different life situations.

Our proposal is based on the balance between academic excellence and humanistic education. We engage in group and individual work on the same length in order to raise citizens who are aware of their role in the making of a more cooperative world.

DIVERSE AND WARMING ENVIRONMENT

Aubrick welcomes not only Brazilian students who learn English as a second language but also foreign ones, coming from different countries and to whom Portuguese is the second or third language.

So, we live in an environment where languages and cultures come together and are shared in the communication among teachers and students.

BRAZIL OR ABROAD?

Students who graduate at Aubrick are ready to pave the way wisely to their next in education phase either in Brazil or abroad.

Aubrick are prepared to go on with their studies either in Brazil or abroad.
